How do you get your Tapes-Slides-Films to us?You can visit our Arana Hills officeOur office is 11km north west of the Brisbane CBD (near Everton Park - Ferny Grove). We keep very flexible hours 5 days a week until 6.30pm (closed Sunday & Monday). Please ring beforehand as the office is not always attended. Feel free to use our ORDER FORMS to supply your details.You can Post your goods or use a Courier Company.Please ensure we have your details by either typing them into our ORDER FORM. Please print it & include it with your goods. If you have an old version of adobe pdf reader you may have to write the details.Or if you prefer just include a note with your goods. Please include the information shown belowClick here for our mailing address details.When your goods arrive we notify you to let you know they arrived safely & send the invoice to you via e-mail once the job is completed. Finally an e-mail is sent to notify you we have posted your goods. Copies of Job media files are kept on our computers for a minimum of 30 days from the time they leave our office. We suggest wrapping your goods in bubble wrap to ensure no damage occurs. Australia Post tips and pricing for return postage.•Australia Parcel Post is our preferred method Australia wide for return delivery. •For clients needing a rushed return we use Express post. •Parcel post in now has tracking by default so keep your receipt if posting your own parcel If using a satchel I recommend you post it over the counter and ask them to scan it. Keep the sticker off the satchel as this starts tracking process. Posting it in a mail box outside means you have no proof you actually posted it.•Be sure to write both our address and yours clearly using a ball point pen (so the ink doesn’t smudge)•Also add padding to your goods and never use normal envelopes as they can tear and your contents may fall out. If shipping USB hard drives always unplug the cable from the connection as these get snapped off.•Please do not supply your own satchels as this just causes confusion. Our pricing is clearly stated on all our websites and whilst there are cheaper prices around, We don’t compromise our quality by using DVD recorders, cheap transfer equipment or running the risk of loosing your memories by shipping them overseas for transfer to save a few dollars.We have been converting both corporate and home clients audio and video tapes, slides and films from the same premises since 2004 and we’ll be here for many years to come.Are my goods returned? Our transfer services does not damage your video tapes, slides, photos, etc in anyway and all your goods are returned to you unless you request otherwise.Where are the transfers actually done?All our transfer services are done in-house at our Arana Hills office in Brisbane. We do not outsource any of your work and unlike some other companies we will never ship your items to India or overseas for transfer.Client Privacy:We take the privacy of your video tapes, films, slides, etc and your contact details very seriously. Copies of your media are kept for a minimum of 30 days to ensure you have received them and there is no issue with the transfer. After that time the end product files are transferred to our secure archive PC (no internet access) which holds your files until the drive is full. Then oldest files are automatically permanently erased. We never use your video/images for advertising purposes without your approval and never make them available to any other persons. Your contact details are kept on our secure accountancy computer and again are never supplied to any other person or company.
